Coverage & Production
Sensitive info owner only
Collected securely at submission. You reference it to re-key into the carrier portal. Owner-only and never included in the export or download.
Health - knockouts first
Minor conditions (BP, cholesterol, diabetes) are captured but do not drive eligibility. Knockouts (stroke, heart attack, current cancer, high build) are surfaced up top so you never re-quote into a decline.
Follow-up & notes
Prototype notes - what changed in v0.5 + open questions
Buttons are not wired in this mock. Behavior + decisions below.
- ResumeRe-open an in-progress quote where the agent left off. Submitted/Issued route to a related re-quote.
- ExportData download (CSV of the current view). Portability was Richie's top ask - agents will not trust a book they cannot take with them. Full-book export + scheduled email export are the fuller version.
- Decided - CommissionThe agent sees their own commission as a Commission column (est. annual $) and on the detail Production card as % + est. $/yr, defined by the Commissions admin for their level. If admin has not entered it, the agent can set it themselves (self-entry fallback). Agency / L0 comp stays admin-only. (Aaron 2026-07-09.)
- Sensitive infoSSN + banking (routing / account) show on the detail like the carrier-portal handoff, so the agent can re-key them on a re-submit. Masked with reveal + copy, owner-only, and hard-excluded from the export/download. Mock values are fake (invalid 900-series SSNs). (Aaron 2026-07-09.)
- ChargebackNew Chargeback status (its own badge, sinks in My Book) with a disposition on the detail - Re-engaging / Reinstated / NSF-retry / Lost. Mirrors the agents' red = churned/charged-back convention and feeds the later lead-source-vs-chargeback analysis. (Aaron 2026-07-09.)
- Lifecycle datesDetail now shows Sold / Issued / Paid (sold = application date, separate from carrier issue/pay). One dataset row (Gwen Marsh) is a ~1-year-old policy up for an annual review - the re-touch / re-sell case. (Aaron 2026-07-09.)
- Open Q - Lead sourceCaptured as a column + filter. Richie said "a client is a client," but Aaron wants it for a lead-source-vs-chargeback analysis (Transcom quantity/higher-chargeback vs Zendesk quality/sticky). Kept as an input; the analysis is a later dashboard.
- Open Q - Spec changev1.1 spec §2 says "no filters." This comp adds search + per-column filters + sort per Aaron 2026-07-09. The spec needs updating to match.
